The machines, fed with minced meat, automatically produce hamburgers or meatballs in portions of the desired weight, adjustable through the forming roller, even using various combinations of ingredients: beef, chicken or fish in combination with breadcrumbs, eggs, vegetables, cheese, soy, spices. Cookie dough can also be processed. The weight of the hamburgers or meatballs remains constant and perfectly determined, an important production aspect in the production and packaging sector and in collective catering, where the quantities of product / portion / package are precisely defined.
By replacing the forming roller it is possible to produce portions with different shapes: square, elliptical, double or patterned.
